Who we are

Nepasys Tech is a Toronto-based business automation company. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to info@nepasystech.com.

Website information

If you submit your email address through our website, we use it to respond to your inquiry. The form passes that address to our lead-capture service. Hosting and performance analytics providers may process technical information about site visits. Failed form submissions may be recorded in hosting logs so we can investigate and recover them.

Google account access for our internal tools

Our private automation uses Google authorization to access a Nepasys Tech Gmail account and a lead-tracking Google Sheet. It reads relevant messages, sent-mail and reply information to avoid duplicate contact and track responses; prepares Gmail drafts for human review and manual sending; and reads and updates lead, review and suppression records in the Sheet. The automation is not intended to send outreach emails automatically.

Access is used to operate these internal workflows, not to sell Google user data or serve advertising. The authorization is limited to accounts that explicitly sign in and grant access; publishing an authorization screen does not make anyone else's mailbox or files available to us.

Outreach and service providers

For business outreach, we may keep publicly available business contact details, source links, draft text, review decisions, and communication status. Our founder reviews proposed messages through a private Telegram bot. Limited lead and message details may therefore be processed by Telegram. Drafting may use a locally hosted AI model; people review the result before an email is sent.

Drafting may also use an external AI provider with selected public business information. Private mailbox contents, credentials, and private Sheet records are not included in those drafting requests.

Google, our website host, Telegram, and our automation infrastructure process information to provide these functions. We do not publish private Gmail or Sheet content on this website.

Choices and contact

You can ask us to correct or delete your contact details, or to stop outreach, by emailing info@nepasystech.com. We keep suppression information as needed to honour a no-contact request. You can revoke Google account access through your Google Account permissions. We may update this notice as our tools change.
